We offer our sincere condolences to the deceased worker’s family, friends, and coworkers. We have written that previous sentence hundreds of times over the past 12 years. We find solace in knowing that this tragedy will be used by companies to prevent a recurrence. We have reached out to the aluminium company to find the root cause. We will post an update as soon as we get further information.
