"worker entered his (work) but no one saw him leave"...

Workplace violence is a topic that makes many workplaces uncomfortable. Workplace violence ranges from bullying to physical violence between employees. Here is a horrible case that recently occurred.

Two employees of the aluminium wheel manufacturing plant  located in the (name omitted) industrial zone in (location omitted), were arrested as part of the investigations into the disappearance of (a worker), which occurred in (August 2024), a case that has gained national attention.

This was said, head of the State Attorney General's Office, who explained to the media that the detainees are high-level workers of the company and that the disappearance of the worker could be linked to criminal activities.

"We have two detainees so far: a manager of the company itself, a senior official. He was head of maintenance, where the ovens and dangerous products that are handled in that industry are located, whose main focus is the manufacture of wheels and aluminum-based products," explained the head of the State Attorney General's Office.

They point to an intentional crime

In this sense, he remarked that the disappearance of the worker does not point to being a work accident, but the result of an intentional crime. They may be activities related to some illicit activities that could be carried out by some people in the company, even at a high level. This is the main line of research. I cannot give further details at this time, but the crime of disappearance of the worker has been charged and one day is the hearing of linkage to the process," he declared. The case of (the missing worker) gained attention due to the mystery that surrounded it, as the worker entered his day but no one saw him leave and his cell phone appeared in a square located a few kilometers from there, while his car was parked in the place. According to reports, blood stains were found in a mop inside a bathroom in the area where (the missing employee) worked. Likewise, the two arrested people were captured by surveillance cameras leaving the (workplace) on the afternoon of the events for 18 minutes, during which time it is presumed that they took Servando's cell phone to the nearby square. "We do not consider it to be a work accident, we are considering it as an intentional intentional crime, the main line of investigation could be related to illicit activities that could be carried out by some people in the company," said the Prosecutor

They search in areas of ovens and use of chemicals

In that sense, the official pointed out that it is believed that (missing worker) never left the factory and that the area where the disappearance is suspected to have occurred has been checked with trained dogs. "We have secured areas. The area where we suspect (missing worker) was disappeared is secured (...) There are furnaces and areas where the prosecutor's office has already had access that are totally restricted, because there aluminum and other metals are melted, muriatic acid and other very strong and harmful chemicals are used. All that is assured," he explained. (missing worker), aged 35, was last seen when he went to work at the company and although he marked his entry time, he did not do so when he left nor was he seen by any security camera leaving the building.

We acknowledge this is the extreme of workplace violence. But, sadly we have reported physical violence before. The news media article states the whereabouts of the missing worker is unknown.

We offer our sincere prayers that the missing worker is found safe and healthy.
