A worker of an aluminium factory in India was
injured following a chemical burst incident inside an aluminium factory on the week of March 3 2013, police
sources said. The incident occurred when labourers in the factory were mixing
chemicals with aluminium injuring the worker. The injured worker was admitted
to the hospital the sources said. Local people allege that the aluminium factory was illegally established and operating since 2006 in a residential area violating all norms creating a health hazard for the villagers of the area.
