"been injured ... when an aluminum sheet fell on him..."

The movement and storage of raw materials, finished products, etc. is potentially hazardous. The APSB has posted incidents of worker(s) being hit, knocked over, etc. Here is a recent incident that could

A worker of a company located in the industrial estate of (name omitted) has been injured this Wednesday when an aluminum sheet fell on him. The man was trapped and had to be helped by his colleagues. He was later transferred to a health center. The injuries, despite the spectacular nature of the accident at work, are not particularly serious, according to sources familiar with the case.

The event occurred at around 2:00 p.m. in an aluminum company located in the town's industrial estate. The Local Police and a crew of (local) Firefighters have been sent to the scene. Upon his arrival, the man had already been released, so his intervention was not necessary.

The Civil Guard has also been mobilized, but having other services and knowing that the injuries were not as serious as initially believed, they have finally not gone to the scene.

We are thankful that the worker did not die in this incident. We are also thankful that the worker was sent to the hospital.

We have been involved in workplaces where a worker(s) was involved in an incident and not injured. The worker(s) refused medical treatment. Regardless, they were sent/ordered and even when they refused to go. The workers were threatened with termination if they did not go to the hospital. They went albeit reluctantly to the hospital.

We will update this post if further information is put forth.
