Firefighters responded to a blaze inside (company name omitted) aluminum plant, according to the local Fire Chief.

In a text message sent to news media, the local Fire Chief said there was no structural damage and they had units on the scene cooling the products inside.

The chief said no injuries were reported.

A neighbor said several agencies responded to the scene.

The manufacturing company runs a small campus of metal manufacturing facilities near the intersection of (location omitted).

We are thankful that no workers nor fire department personnel were injured in extinguishing this fire. We know this facility and are confident that they train their personnel on emergency evacuations.

We have reported on fires where worker(s) became disoriented because of the smoke and got lost in their workplace and could not locate the emergency exit. They did not survive.
